Refund policy
Thank you for shopping with Thowbs. We aim to ensure that every customer is happy with their experience and will do our best to meet your needs.
Returns
You have 14 days from the delivery date to request a return or an exchange. Following your request for a return or exchange, you then have a further 14 days to return the items. Unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange outside of these time periods.
Promotional and discounted orders are treated as final sale. These orders are not eligible for returns unless the item is received faulty.
Exchange items are non refundable.
For all returns there is a fixed 10% fee for restocking per order.
Thowbs.co.uk reserves the right to reject returns if the item is not in the same condition in which they were received. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
To request a return please email us using the contact us function on the website.
Please include:
- Your order reference number and full name
- The item(s) you wish to return
- The reason for the return. Please include this in your return request in your email
For return of items purchased online, the customer will pay for the courier charges.
We strongly recommend using a tracked shipping service and keeping hold of your tracking number and proof of delivery, as Thowbs is not responsible for returns lost during transit.
Please note that the majority of couriers do not deliver on bank holidays.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
Refunds can take up to 28 days to be processed.
